1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between 92win ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Member", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the 92win website at 92win.ws and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By completing the registration process on 92win, by depositing funds, or by placing any bet or wager through the platform, you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their current form. If you are accessing 92win on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms.

92win operates under an international gaming licence. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. The most current version of these Terms is always available at 92win.ws/terms-conditions.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Member on the 92win platform through which all gaming activity, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Member's 92win Account, comprising real money deposits, and where applicable, bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, matched deposit bonus, free bet, or other incentive issued by 92win to a Member's Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by 92win before processing withdrawals or investigating account disputes.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency of all 92win accounts for Members based in Pakistan.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or behaviour by a Member that is expressly forbidden under Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as stated in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "Platform" means the full suite of services provided by 92win including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, and slot games.

3. Account Registration

To access the full suite of 92win services, prospective Members must complete the account registration process truthfully and accurately. The following conditions apply to all 92win account registrations:

• Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) 92win account only. Multiple accounts opened by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, or payment methods are used — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• The Member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. 92win accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the Member's failure to secure their credentials.
• Any changes to personal details — including phone number, email address, or payment method — must be reported to 92win support promptly. 92win reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any account change.
• 92win reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has violated these Terms or any applicable law.

4. Age Verification & KYC

92win operates a strict 21+ only policy. The platform is not available to individuals under the age of 21 years under any circumstances. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

Before processing any withdrawal request — and at any point 92win deems necessary — Members may be required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar official document).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing the registered name).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing. 92win reserves the right to void winnings and return deposits only where there is evidence of deliberate identity misrepresentation.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

92win accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Cash Deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each payment method are published within the Account Banking section and are subject to change.

Deposits are credited to the Member's 92win account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 92win accepts no liability for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment service provider. Members must only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically feasible. 92win processes withdrawal requests within the timelines published in the Banking section of the platform, subject to successful KYC verification being on file.

92win reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Members are advised that:

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements are fully completed.
• Withdrawals will only be approved to accounts where identity has been verified through the KYC process.
• 92win does not charge withdrawal fees, however the Member's payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

5.3 Currency

All 92win accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR account holders. Members located outside Pakistan who wish to register should contact support to confirm applicable currency arrangements before depositing.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

92win offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty tier rewards. The following general terms apply to all 92win promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus wallet and are applied to wagers after real money balance is exhausted, unless the promotion specifies a different arrangement.
• A Member may only claim each welcome or first-deposit bonus once per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through new accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• 92win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has partially met the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus funds will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino tables and certain progressive slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate to wagering requirement calculations. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports betting activity conducted through the 92win sportsbook, including cricket, football, UFC, and all other markets offered:

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed through the 92win sportsbook are binding once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections — including event, market, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager. 92win does not accept responsibility for incorrectly placed bets once they have been confirmed by the Member.

7.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the 92win platform are updated in real-time for pre-match and in-play markets. Where a manifest error in odds is published — including odds that are clearly inconsistent with the prevailing market price — 92win reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and to return stakes to the Member's account balance.

7.3 Event Cancellations and Postponements

• If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum official playing time required for settlement, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a cricket match is reduced in overs due to weather or other factors, settlement will be determined in accordance with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable, consistent with official match result determination.
• Postponed events will be treated as void unless the event commences within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, in which case bets will stand.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply to all sports markets and are published within the sportsbook rules section. 92win reserves the right to limit stake amounts or restrict market access for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.

8. Casino & Slots Rules

All casino and slot gaming on the 92win platform — including live dealer tables, RNG table games, and slot titles — is governed by the following rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game interface:

• All slot games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes on every spin.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers under their own licences and are subject to their respective published Return to Player (RTP) rates and house rules, in addition to these Terms.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino or slot game session, the game outcome will be determined by the game server record. 92win is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures on the Member's end.
• Where a software malfunction, error, or technical fault results in an incorrect game outcome, 92win reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the Member's account balance.
• Progressive jackpot games carry their own specific rules regarding eligibility, minimum bet requirements, and jackpot award procedures. Members should review the in-game rules before participating in progressive jackpot titles.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92win platform. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one 92win account, whether in the same name or under different identities.
• Identity fraud: Registering or operating an account using another person's identity, false documents, or fabricated personal details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, share hole card information in poker, or otherwise undermine the fairness of casino games.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with the platform, or harvest data without express written permission from 92win.
• Arbitrage exploitation: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, bonus structures, or odds discrepancies to guarantee profits in a manner that constitutes abuse of the platform rather than legitimate sports betting.
• Money laundering: Using 92win for any purpose connected to the proceeds of crime, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity, regardless of whether a profit is made.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through a bank or payment provider on funds deposited to 92win while simultaneously retaining or having used those funds for wagering.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at 92win staff or other Members through any available communication channel.

10. Responsible Gaming

92win is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products. The following responsible gaming provisions are integrated into every 92win account as standard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automatic session time reminders that notify them of time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing — typically between 24 hours and 6 months. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed or reactivated early.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from 92win. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 5 years. 92win will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration during an active self-exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92win platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 92win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 92win platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any 92win content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the 92win software or platform architecture.
• Using the 92win brand, logo, or trademarks in any context without explicit written consent from 92win management.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated harvesting of data, odds, or content from the 92win platform.

Any unauthorised use of 92win intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92win's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92win shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or business information.
• Indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or network interruptions outside 92win's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from the Member's failure to comply with these Terms or to secure their account credentials appropriately.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 92win's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

92win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 92win will provide reasonable notice to Members through one or more of the following methods: email notification to the registered account address, a prominent notice on the platform homepage, or an in-account notification upon next login.

Continued use of the 92win platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not accept a material change to these Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of available balance prior to the effective date of the change.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92win holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and local law applicable in Pakistan, these Terms shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted.

14.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

Any dispute or complaint arising from the use of the 92win platform must first be submitted to the 92win support team through the official contact channels listed in Section 15. 92win will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 72 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt.

14.2 Escalation

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure to the Member's satisfaction, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under 92win's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable regulatory authority are available upon request from the 92win support team.

14.3 Limitation Period

Any claim or cause of action arising from these Terms or the use of 92win services must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which the relevant event occurred. Claims submitted after this limitation period will not be considered.
